Located set into a rise in the rolling dunes of the Dubai Desert with uninterrupted views.

An entrance sequence is created arriving at a solid wall embedded into the Landscape with a single opening which opens to a fully glazed open space which can be opened or closed depending on the climate. The over thickness of the ‘Wall’ acts as a service zone forming a spine connecting the social spaces without interrupting the enjoyment of the natural aspect.
